Here we are on day three and I did not do much today. After taking care of my normal morning routine I got busy at working. Today I actually did a 2.5 online workshop and will do another one tomorrow as well.
For lunch I enjoyed a healthy toss salad and a bowl of blue berries. Then I took care of some house keeping chores such as dishes and mopping the kitchen floor. I then went around with my disinfectant wipes and did all of the handles, door knobs and then my remotes, computer, tablet and phone.
Around 1:30 a friend contacted me that one of our friends was going to the store and if any of us needed some groceries she would be happy to pick them up for us. Since my romaine lettuce was about gone and I was already out of tomatoes I contacted the person and gave her my short list. Again I had to tape an envelope on the outside of my apartment door so when management dropped off the bag of groceries they could take her the money I owed. She was very sweet as when I opened my door there was a bouquet of flowers. I then proceeded to disinfect everything before putting it away.
This evening was the celebration of the Memorial of Christ. Since we cannot assemble together we did our service online and it was nice that we did not have to miss out on this special evening. This pandemic certainly has created difficulties in many areas of life but fortunately technology can help us stay in touch even when in quarantine.
Stay safe everyone.
